Meet Alex. During the summer, I’m proud to have my 16-year-old son working alongside me. He’s developing a strong work ethic early and learning what it means to take pride in a job well done. Whether he's helping with tools, learning the ropes of the business, or just keeping the energy high, he’s an important part of our team.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about wrestling, enjoys playing disc golf, and is always curious about how business works. It means a lot to share what I’ve built with him—and to show him what it takes to build something of your own with integrity and dedication.
